Thirty+ years professional experience in touring productions and regional theatre. Twenty five + years experience in theatre education. Training and work experience includes: production and stage management, FOH, lighting design, scene design, costume design, technical direction and rigging. Knowledge of maintenance, programming, and board operation of the following systems: Highend, Vari*Lite, Martin, Strand, ETC. Educational courses taught include Stagecraft, Scenic, Lighting and Costume Design, Theatre History, Aesthetics (James Joyce), Introduction to Theatre, Stage Make up, Stage Management, Management for the Performing Arts, Scene Painting, Stage Engineering, and Graphics for the Performing Arts. Workshops in Stage Rigging and Computer Automated Lighting. |
